The Centenary Song is presented by the Penrith Primary School choir. They were part of the official commemorations for the centenary of Local Government in Penrith. The Governor, Sir Roden Cutler,and Lady Cutler were present and there was a reading of the proclamation of the incorporation of the Municipality of Penrith.
