James Evans died on 29 April 1895 aged 67 years. He was a builder of Castlereagh. Sarah Evans died on 27 December 1922 aged 94 years. Sarah was the wife of James Evans. It is a semi-circular sandstone headstone with cut away shoulders on a sandstone kerb. Plot number J3.
