The cottage was built in 1918 by Mr & Mrs Thomas Thoms. It was situated on the northern side of the Great Western Highway, east of what is now O'Donohogue's Hotel. The property would later be the home of Mr & Mrs Kevin Lee. It was a hardware store and later Parkinson's Real Estate. The Lee's neighbour's son Geoffrey is seen here in the garden. The cottage was demolished in 2004.
