Torrential rain, on Saturday 17 November and Sunday 18 November, fell in the Nepean Valley causing flooding in Regentville and Emu Plains. Penrith received half its annual rainfall over the two days. The flood waters peaked at 32 feet at Victoria Bridge, the highest reading since the flood of 1900. Image shows damage to the boat ramp at Tench Reserve.
