This precinct consists of three buildings dating from the development of the Mulgoa Irrigation Scheme in the early 1890's. One is a small weatherboard cottage built as a post office in 1893, the second is a brick building possibly erected as the Mulgoa Irrigation Company office and subsequently used as a Police station from 1902 and then a restaurant from 1975. The third building - a small weatherboard cottage was built and occupied as a residence. This precinct is located opposite the entrance to Winbourne.
