This timber cottage was onced owned by the Gregory and Jay families before being bought by Cyril Bellingham who sold it and the accompanying shop to Vincent O'Farrell in 1969. before the renumbering ogf castlereagh Road, this house was number 71. The cottage and shop have been demolished.
