John Cram Place is located at 338-340 High Street, Penrith. It was erected as the CBC Bank in 1879 and purchased in 1939 by Mr Cram and later by Penrith City Council in 1980. It is the only Victorian building within the commercial precinct in High Street. The building has been used as offices for architects, housed John Cram & Son solicitor and a real estate agent.
