Agnes Essie Ezzy died on 11 August 1910 aged 37 years. She was the wife of Clarence Ezzy and her maiden name was Randall. It is a marble monument with a scroll design. There is a sandstone kerb and a fence of cast and wrought iron surrounding the grave, which is shared by the headstone detailed in H16A. Plot number H16B.
