One of the many outbuildings associated with Hadley Park. Hadley Park house is believed to have been built in 1811-1812. It is a two storey single pile building, with a skillion at the rear, and is constructed of timber posts and beam with brick infill panels. It is probably the oldest building remaining in the Nepean Valley.
