This Victorian residence was built for Louis Judges, a local businessman, around 1885. Located at 39 Warwick Street, the house has similar Gothic detailing to other substantial brick houses in Rawson and Derby Streets. It features contrasting brick detailing to the quains and voussoirs, timber barge boards, and cast iron verandah detailing. A tall pine resides in the front garden.
