Mamre House is located on Mamre Road, St. Marys and was built in the 1820's by Samuel Marsden. Originally believed to be a wool store it was then converted into a homestead. In 1984 the house was restored. The property is currently leased by the Sisters of Mercy. This view shows the eastern side of the house.
