Morris House was built in 1879 as the CBC Bank and purchased by Mr Cram, the solictor in 1939. The building became known as Cram Place. In the 1990s the building was occupied by Astley, Thompson & Cox solicitors and later by Ray White real estate. Here the building is being occupied by Morris, Zammit & Associates.
