Memory Park was opened in July 1922 as a tribute to the soldiers who fought in World War One. The park used to house a rotundra, seven honour tablets and two large trophy guns. The rotundra was demolished in 1972. The park is located on the corner of High and Woodriff Streets, Penrith.
