William H. Randall died on 13 September 1883 aged 25 years. He was a railway employee. It is a sandstone monument with a marble inscription tablet. There is a sandstone kerb and a fence of cast and wrought iron surrounding the grave, which is shared by the headstone detailed in H16B. Plot number H16A.
