Council resolved to prepare a draft Local Environmental Plan and Development Control Plan for the Werrington Army Signals site. The purpose of this report is to advise Council on the status of the planning for the site and the outcomes of recent negotiations with the Department of defence and other key government agencies involved in the delivery of the proposed University Railway Station.
