An extract from the Nepeaen Times, December 18, 1941. The committee of Nepoean A H & I Society decided to abandon the 1942 Show, owing principally to the war position, and to some extent, dry times. A photograph of local soldieers marching for freedom along Station Street on August 24, 1918 is shown on the same page.
