St Thomas' Rectory, Mulgoa was first completed at an approximate cost of one thousand, two hundred pounds. The Georgian style building looked like an English farm house and was constructed of sandstock bricks, Australian Red Cedar timber and sandstone blocks. It had two stories with fourteen rooms.
