Series of views showing both the external and internal features of the house, located on the north east corner of High and Doonmore Streets. It had once been the Queens Arms Hotel licensed to Robert Elliott. On his death the property was left to his widow. Lucy. She would lease it to the newly formed Penrith Municipal Council as its first council chambers. It would later become the site of an ambulance station.
