Ravenspur is located on the eastern bank of the Nepean River in Nepean Avenue, Penrith. The house was originally built in the late nineteenth century, with additions being added in 1936 and 1973. This photo shows the view looking west across the Nepean River. A small island can be seen, reputedly this is where silt accumulated on remnants of the old bridges that were washed away in floods in the mid 1800s.
