General notes:
Originally constructed as row housing for the workers of a woollen mill as part of Sir John Jamison's enterprising "Regentville" estate, and later purchased in 1930's by the Addicott family who renovated and converted it into a single dwelling in the 1930's. This is the last standing evidence of a previous extensive riverside industrial development of yesteryear. This estate spans approximately 2,880m2. and is located 200m from the Nepean River and 500m from the East Bank dining precinct.
