Real Estate House was built at the turn of the century by James Earp, a local greengrocer and property owner. Sold to A.S.Lamrock in 1928, who renovated the house and installed a 3 room office. Lamrock moved his family legal business from next door into the new renovations. In 1960, son Brian, rebuilt the premises into present layout with Lamrocks on the ground floor and upstairs leased to three businesses. In September 1990, Lamrocks moved to Henry Lawson Centre. Raine and Horne purchased the building and gave the old building a complete refit and facelift.
