Penrith Observance services in Memory Park A procession was formed at the Drill Hall. Henry Street, headed by the band, and the returned soldiers, local infantry, Boy Scouts and Cubs, and Junior Red Cross joined in the procession, which proceeded to the Park.
Memory Park can be seen in the background, Peter and Nicholas Kepreotis, fruit shop can be seen on the top right-hand side. The fruit shop was located on the south side on the corner of High and Woodriff Streets. See also a car and battery shop next to Memory Park called Masse.
