Penrith City Council will keep the floodlights on at ten parks and sportsgrounds from 5pm to 8pm each weeknight to give residents in lockdown more opportunity to exercise safely. Penrith Mayor Karen McKeown hopes that the community will stay positive and follow lockdown orders.
