On Sunday, NSW Health announced new rules for Caddens, Claremont Meadows, Colyton, Erskine Park, Kemps Creek, Kingswood, Mount Vernon, North St Marys, Orchard Hills, Oxley Park, St Clair and St Marys. Penrith Councillors said the new rules were "messy and confusing", criticised the lack of engagement with non-English-speaking communities, and called for a vaccination hub in the East Ward.
