Resident Kay Buckley says King Street, Penrith, is in need of traffic-calming measures to prevent motorists speeding, especially after a major two-car crash last night. Council spokespeople say that the area is being monitored and traffic patterns are normal, with only occasional speeding cars which should be reported to police.
