Arthur Bennett Biography File

Published biographical information on Arthur Bennett, who was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia for service to the community of Penrith in 2006, particularly through service groups, local government and support for people with a disability.  Mr Bennett was also an alderman of Penrith Council from 1959 until 1968 and was a founding member of the Rotary Club of Penrith Valley.  He was also President of the Nepean District School for Crippled Children and the Northcott Society.
