Penrith Council will press State Minister for Roads, Mr Jensen, to build access ramps to the F4 freeway at St Marys as a matter of urgency. At council's latest meeting aldermen expressed alarm at a report from city engineer Mr Norm Dickson that work on design of the ramps had not yet begun.
