A Library Committee of Penrith Council was formed at the meeting of the Council on Friday evening comprising Ald R Fragar, J. W. White, Mrs Laurence and Mrs Downes, each ward thus being represented. The Librarian, Miss Kinsella, recommended that a library also be established at St Marys.
