The Council Chambers, Castlereagh, was the scene of great activity and bustle, the occasion being a concert in aid of Christ Church, Castlereagh. Full outline of programme with names of artists and their items. Unfortunately, proceedings were slightly marred by that most objectionable as well as unpleasant screeching, or 'the whistling nuisance' , as our scribes sometimes write.
