Tough road ahead for Chifley College chief

Dr Patricia Lahy, Chifley College's pro-vice-chancellor and her staff have three years and $12 million to establish what will become the west's first university. Dr Lahy will be assisting Professor John Ward to prepare the college for the first intake of students in 1990. Professor Ward said that the funding is not really enough when you consider it needs to pay for site preparation, building and development of courses.
