Articles
On Saturday night Mr John Hackett's bull broke out of his paddock and came home with a terrible gash on the rump, apparently made with an axe. The animal also had a pitchfork fastened to its shoulder blade, with 8 inches of it having penetrated the flesh. The bull was immediately shot. It is hoped the ruffian who did this is brought to justice.
