A contract awarded to rebuild the Glenmore Park Before & After School Care Centre has been deferred to the next Penrith Council meeting - At its July 21 meeting, the council asked for more details on its policy on assessing tenders before approving the cheapest - Cr Karyn Paluzzano said she was concerned that the assessment process involved just two people - The centre was destroyed by fire in November 2000 and has since run from the Floribunda Community Centre.
