Community groups are 'alarmed' at Penrith Council's response to the first attempted subdivision and development of the former ADI site, the Catholic high school on the corner of the Northen Rd and Ninth Ave, Llandilo - ADI Residents Action Group spokesman Geoff Brown said council had organised a community consultation meeting about the issue, at the Llandilo Progress Association Hall on Thursday at 7pm, without publicly advertising it and had delayed it until after the Federal election.
