Charged: John Paskin, use of obscene language; James Morehead, on information of Joseph Shearman, charged excessive damages on a certain bull, the property of Joseph Shearman, impounded in the public pound at Kingswood. Daniel Taylor prosecuted George Kay for cruelly mistreating a horse. W A Ferris was granted a slaughter license. Edward Reid granted a stage-coach license.
