In Penrith Court C Healey, P Shean and T ? (illegible) were fined for not having their name on their carts. Peter Hogan was fined for furious riding. Rebecca Cory of South Creek fined for not having a light in front of her house. Ellen Darcy of Mud House, South Creek, was fined for not having the correct sign printed on her licensed house. Andrew McGarrity was charged with committing a rape on Maria Brunton in October last and was remanded till Thursday with bail refused. Robert White of Cootamundra was apprehended by warrant for embezzling from G Wileman and was remanded to Cootamundra. Will Moran charged with being drunk and discharged.
