Charges heard include drunkenness, Conrad Mertz; John O'Brien; Patrick Shean. William Warren was charged with wounding Edward Gannon by stabbing him with a knife. Senrior Constable Fowler sent Gannon to Sdyney Infirmary and Court is awaiting to hear the result. Bernard Terry was arrested by Snr Constable Fowler for hawking tobacco and cigars without a licence and fined 5s. He then applied for a license to sell - granted. Gary Wall was summonsed by J K Lethbridge for stealing wood from King's Bush. In the Small Debts Court James Anderson, tanner, v J Griffiths of South Creek, was called. Defendant did not appear.
