The abolition of the Western Sydney Waste Board would not affect the development of a multi-million dollar drive-through recycling facility at St Marys, it was said last week - The board's marketing and communications manager Martin Hirst said it was understood the Environment Minister had assessed all programs put forward by the individual waste boards and intended them to go forward under the new single authorigy Resource NSW - East ward councillor and meeting chairwoman Jackie Greenow said about 25 people had attended a public meeting to ask questions and express their concerns.
