Short obituary for Mr John Western Tremain, formerly of Emu Plains, who died in Prince Alfred Hospital on 9th inst. He was well known in this district, associated with various public movements, and was one of the reception committee for the Blue Mountains Cenetenary in 1914. He was keenly interested in photography, and was an instructor at Sydney Technical College. He leaves a wife, 2 sons and two daughters.
