At Police Court on Friday Eggert Holm as Captain of the Mulgoa Civilian Rifle Club, proceeded against John Cash for not delivering up a rifle. Mr Heyward, Inspector of Nuisances, had to destroyed a diseased bullock. Mr E Badcock found a man wandering near Riley's Mountains, who said his name was Stien Park Gardener. Mr Cleeve sent him to Parramatta Gaol for medical treatment until arrangement could be made to get him onto an asylum. Properties of the late W D Matthews on sale today.
