Paragraph announces a preliminary meeting with a view to forming a junior debating society. The movement is not intended in any way as in opposition to the Nepean Literary and Debating Society, but for the purpose of allowing young men better facilities, for at present they take no part in the senior society's debates. It is proposed to admit members only to 25 years of age.
