Severe flooding last April is far from forgotten by Penrith and Blacktown residents who have united under the banner of a regional action group.-Representatives of hard-hit areas - including Werrington, Oxley Park, St Marys, St Clair, Mt Druitt and Prospect - are determined to fight all levels of government for improved flood mitigation works.
