Twelve colourful dragon boats will race up and down the main stretch of water at Penrith Lakes on Saturday - Organiser Carlos Ung said there would be about 1000 paddlers in 45 teams from Australia and New Zealand - The festival was launched last Friday with a display in Penrith Plaza - Photo by Gary Warrick.
