A tranquil network of walking tracks around a man-made lake on 6.5ha at Glenmore Park was officially opened last Tuesday - Penrith Mayor Pat Sheehy said the Blue Hills Wetland was a responsible and innovative approach to managing the recreational and environmental needs of a growing community - General manager of Lensworth which developed Glenmore Park Geoff McWilliam said the design aimed to create an area which not only contributed to the environment but fostered a strong sense of community value and ownership - Photo.
