Includes: Document described as Land Packet number 6 containing two land conveyance agreements - agreement between Hawley and Parker is a portion of one acre of land purchased by the late Samuel Fisher within Philip Parker King's 1500 acre grant - land is on the north side of Henry Street and the east and west side of King Street (Parsonage Street) - diagram notes a brick cottage (no.169) and a weatherboard cottage (no 167) - lots 1 and 19 are in a subdivision of 497 acres that were originally part of 1000 acres granted to Daniel Woodriff - the two lots combined measure 33 and 3/4 perches - diagram shows lot 1 as having a w.b.cottage (no. 134) - Mrs Mary Badcock's land is mentioned as bordering the lots on the south - boundaries are fully described.
