Includes: Declaration states that he is the solicitor for the Baus estate - that he is well acquainted with the property described as lot 7 and part of lot 8 at 11 Lawson Street in Penrith and marked 'A' on the attached map - that the boundary fence between the Baus property and James Ambrose Dowling has always been in its present position and is very old - that Dowling nor his successors have ever made any claim on the Baus title or the previous owner Florence Lawry.
