Mary Ann Nelan transfers to John Reddan her unrealized share of her late husbands estate and effects and her insurance policy valued at 500 pounds - this is to be held in trust for the benefit and maintenance of her children John James Nelan, Edward Thomas Nelan and Mary Ann Nelan until the youngest reaches age 21 - 2. Letter dated 20 June 1956 from L.W. Jones (solicitor) acknowledging documents received relating to the sale of land in High Street Penrith - land is lot 10 section 2 of the McHenry subdivision.
