Margaret Thurston is to have one equal third part and the remaining two-thirds held in trust for Robert Thurston's children - 16/09/1884 Supreme Court of New South Wales - equity judgement in favour of Jemima Norfolk Thurston, Margaret Ann Thurston and Roberta Eliza Chetwynd Thurston -10/01/1885 indenture between John Thurston, Thomas Smith and William Hemming (guardian) - pen notation: Mr A.W.N.
