A memorandum of an agreement, with the signatures of John Price and R. Stuart at the bottom of the page.The agreement is between Robert Stuart of Penrith (an agent for Frederick and Francis Woodriff) and John Price (an agent for Edmund Nash of Newcastle). Mr Nash is a lessee of a portion of the Woodriff estate, of which land the Woodriff's desire to open a street, a continuation of Henry street to Station Street.It was agreed to give Edmund Nash, an allotment of land for allowing them to open such street.A description of the land follows.
