Includes: In the Supreme Court of NSW on 4 December 1877 Bertram Orde (Law Clerk) swears an oath to articles of agreement - these are made between William Frederick McCarthy (gentleman of Sydney) and Jane and Francis Woodriff (Sydney) - Woodriff puts in place and binds himself to William McCarthy to serve him for the term of 5 years - the document has the signature of Bertram Orde and E Baley [?] a commissioner for affidavits.
