Three year lease beginning 1st April 1880 for a house and paddock in Penrith - yearly sum of 15 pounds to be paid quarterly - conditions of reletting and opening a street through the paddock are stated in the indenture - document is signed by Frederick and Francis Woodriff and witnessed by Agnes J. Woodriff - also John Wallis's signature witnessed by Ann Wallis and Robert Stuart.
